Our Successes and Failures are all determined by our Habits. The things we consistently do or don’t do. There are three stages of a habit.
First there is the Trigger also known as the desire to want to accomplish something.
Second the Routine or the actions you need to take to accomplish the goal.
Third the Reward or the payoff from being consistent and accomplishing the goal.
